I decided that starting and running business in a recession wasn't risky enough....so I bought I house.   And, I love it.  I wasn't looking for a house - just randomly came across this one and had to have it.  Hopefully everyone will decide they love it too and make a trip to Nashville to see it in person.  Until then, here are some pics.  Fan mail can be sent to 5745 Maudina Avenue - Nashville, TN - 37209

Eggsperience

I justified my selfish reasons for wanting a Big Green Egg by creating a marketing strategy to need a smoker.  

First I needed a table to set the Egg in.  After 15 hours of building and staining, and two trips to Hearth and Grill, the Egg was ready to go.  

Overall, my first "eggsperience" was a success.  I did learn a crucial lesson though...don't leave the Egg unattended with the top open.
